Why We Love It
Lacrosse is the fastest growing sport in the U.S., and as such there are incredible scholarship opportunities for high school athletes.
Lacrosse brings together elements from various other popular sports including hockey, basketball and soccer – this allows athletes to easily transition into it regardless of their competitive and personal background.
Lacrosse was invented in the 1100s by Native American tribes in what is present-day Canada and the U.S. It was initially played in schools and the first club to be founded was the Southern Ladies Club in England in 1905.
