Refreshing the Platforms
Across both HiveclassPE for schools and HiveclassDigital for libraries, a full design refresh will brighten your experience, improve your experience, and energize your experience!
For the design refresh of the Hiveclass platform, the focus is on enhancing both usability and visual coherence across the platform.
The intention behind the new designs is to address specific pain points identified in the current platform while staying true to the brand’s visual identity. The refresh aims to create a more engaging and user-friendly experience by rethinking the layout, color schemes, and imagery.
One of the key changes is the reorganization of course thumbnails, where the most iconic symbols of each category were highlighted for quick recognition. This not only improves visual clarity but also aligns with the platform’s goal of making navigation intuitive for all users.
By organizing categories by color, users can easily distinguish between different sports, creating a seamless experience that extends to the internal class pages. The decision to retain certain elements, like the torn paper effect, ensures continuity between the old and new designs, minimizing the impact on the audience while signaling a transition towards a more modern aesthetic.
The update also involves an overhaul of the banners and imagery used across the platform. Our aim is to maintain visual harmony across the platform and reinforce the Hiveclass identity in a subtle yet impactful way. The use of imagery and icons that are both legible and contextually relevant is crucial in creating a cohesive and engaging user experience.
This careful balance of innovation and brand consistency reflects the broader vision of the design refresh, aiming to enhance user interaction while preserving the platform’s core identity.
Reimagining New Services
Change in Education begins with the Teacher. Supporting teachers with resources, innovations, and opportunities for personal growth are keys to elevating their impact in the classroom and the environments they create in the classroom.
An area of Education that has been overlooked for decades is supportive professional development designed specifically for Physical Educators.
To reimagine this reality, Hiveclass is releasing HiveclassPD this fall, a new professional development workshop service focused on 10 key areas to support educators, the classroom, and students’ experience in Physical Education. These 10 workshops are 60-minute interactive sessions that are research-based and designed to provide tangible takeaways for teachers to apply into their classrooms the very same day.
These workshops, delivered by our expert Instructional Coaches, will be available for schools virtually across the country and in-person in specific states.
